**Terms and Conditions for Keys Beach Watch - Property Maintenance Services**

These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("Client" or "You") and Keys Beach Watch ("Company" or "We") regarding our property maintenance services. By using our services, you accept and agree to these Terms.

**1. Service Agreement**

1.1. Keys Beach Watch provides property maintenance, caretaking, and related services as agreed upon with the Client.

1.2. Any additional services beyond the initial agreement may require a separate written agreement and payment.

**2. Fees and Payments**

2.1. The Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Payment is due as specified in the agreement.

2.2. Keys Beach Watch reserves the right to adjust pricing upon reasonable notice.

**3. Cancellation and Refunds**

3.1. Cancellations must be made in accordance with the service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms of the agreement.

**4. Responsibilities**

4.1. The Client is responsible for providing necessary access to the property for maintenance and agrees to communicate any specific requirements.

4.2. The Company is responsible for performing services with care and professionalism.

**5. Liability and Damages**

5.1. Keys Beach Watch is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct.

**6. Termination**

6.1. Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to any applicable terms in the agreement.

**7. Privacy**

7.1. The Company respects your privacy and follows the privacy policy outlined separately.

**8. Changes to Terms**

8.1. We may update these Terms. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it's your responsibility to review them.

**9. Governing Law**

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Marathon, Florida and Monroe County, Florida.
